What is the return policy?
Rhinowool offers a 30-day return policy after receiving your order. Not satisfied? No problem. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Contact me at rhinowool@gmail.com and I'll be happy to help.
What is the fit of Rhinowool products?
Our clothing has a slim fit . This means it fits snugly without being too tight. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort. Also, be sure to check our size chart for specific measurements per product.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Within the Netherlands, your package is usually delivered within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
Where are the products made?
Our Merino products are designed in the Netherlands and produced in Portugal, in factories that maintain high standards of sustainability, quality, and working conditions.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €60. Below that amount, we charge a flat rate of €4.95.
Do you live in Hardenberg or Groningen? Then your order will always be delivered free of charge!
For shipments to Belgium or Germany, special rates apply, which you can view during checkout.
